About us
Hot Air Cappadocia Balloon is a brand of Tayf Tours DMC, the trade name of Nokta Turizm Seyahat İth İhr Ltd Şti.
We are a licensed travel agency holding TURSAB Licence 2290 since 1999, arranging hot air balloon experiences in Cappadocia, Türkiye in partnership with certified operators.
Booking and payment
Two ways to pay, both straightforward.
- ·30% deposit at the time of booking, balance due 48 hours before flight.
- ·Or pay in full at the time of booking.
- ·All prices in EUR or USD, taxes included.
- ·Payments processed by Garanti BBVA Virtual POS with 3D Secure verification.
Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before flight. Weather cancellations always receive a 100% refund or free rebook.

Weather and operational cancellations
Pilots and the Civil Aviation Authority decide flight feasibility daily. Their call is final, and our refund policy honours that decision in your favour.
Insurance
All passengers are covered by EUREKO Insurance up to €40,000 per person.
Coverage details are listed in your booking confirmation.
Passenger responsibilities
We need a few things from you to keep the morning safe and on time.
- ·Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before pickup.
- ·Wear closed-toe shoes. No high heels at the launch field.
- ·Disclose medical conditions (heart, pregnancy, mobility) at the time of booking.
- ·Follow pilot and crew instructions at all times.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your booking, except where prohibited by applicable law.
For aviation incidents, EUREKO Insurance provides primary coverage up to €40,000 per passenger.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
