Cancellation Policy
Transparent terms, no surprises.
We believe a clear policy is part of the product. Below is exactly what happens if your plans change, or the weather changes them for you.
Refund timeline
When you cancel matters. The closer to your flight date, the smaller the window for us to fill your seat with another guest.
- More than 48 hours before flight
- Full refund (100%) to your original payment method.
- 24 to 48 hours before flight
- 50% refund. The remainder covers committed pilot, basket, and ground crew costs that can no longer be reassigned.
- Less than 24 hours before flight
- Credit for rebooking only, no cash refund. The credit is valid for 12 months and can be used for any flight type.
Weather cancellations
Weather is decided for us, never by us. The Cappadocia Civil Aviation Authority reviews wind, visibility, and safety around midday the day before each flight, and we relay the result the same afternoon.
If the authority grounds flights, you receive a full refund or a free rebook to the next available date you choose.
There is no fine print and no cancellation fee. The day-before email confirms whether you fly. In the rare case conditions deteriorate overnight, we notify you immediately and you receive the same full refund or free rebook.

Refund processing
Refunds return to your original payment method (card, transfer, or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Every booking is covered by EUREKO/Achmea travel insurance up to €40,000 per passenger. If a payment route fails, the policy covers it.
