Yes. Balloon flights in Cappadocia are strictly controlled and can only operate when official weather and Civil Aviation approvals are suitable. Licensed balloon operators, certified pilots, daily flight permissions, passenger briefings, and mandatory insurance are all part of the operating system. If conditions are not safe, flights do not take off.
02 · Industry transparency
If your flight is cancelled, it is usually moved to the next available morning whenever possible. If you cannot join the rescheduled flight, you receive a full refund according to your booking conditions. After consecutive weather cancellations, demand for the next available flight can rise. If an updated operator rate applies, we explain it clearly before reconfirming.
03 · Choose your flight
The main difference is basket capacity and personal space. Classic Flight usually carries 28 to 32 passengers, while Comfort Flight usually carries 20 to 24. Comfort offers fewer passengers and more space, while Classic remains a strong choice for the iconic Göreme sunrise with good overall value.
