ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival & Red Tour (10:00 AM Start)

Arrival at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport

• (Arrive by 8:00 AM at the latest for a smooth transfer.)
• Transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia
• Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in and a brief rest.

Red Tour (Starting at 10:00 AM)

• After check-in and a short rest, the Red Tour begins at 10:00 AM. This tour includes:
• Zelve Open Air Museum: A UNESCO World Heritage site with rock-cut churches and frescoes.
• Devrent Valley: Known for its unique fairy chimneys and surreal rock formations.
• Pasabag Valley: Famous for its mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys.
• Avanos: A town with a rich tradition of pottery-making.

Return to your hotel for the night

• After a day full of exploration, you will return to your hotel to relax and rest.

Day 2: Hot Air Balloon Ride & Green Tour

Early Morning Hot Air Balloon Ride (5:00 AM Departure)

• On the second day, your adventure starts with the Hot Air Balloon Ride (departure time: 5:00 AM).
• Your hot air balloon adventure starts in the beautiful Goreme Valley, known for its amazing rock formations and fairy chimneys. During the flight, you’ll see stunning views of Cappadocia and watch many other colorful balloons floating in the sky, making it a magical and unforgettable experience.
• Return to your hotel
• After the flight, you'll return to your hotel for breakfast and relaxation.

Green Tour (Starting at 09:00AM )

• After your breakfast at your hotel, you will enjoy the Green Tour:
• Derinkuyu Underground City: Explore the fascinating underground city carved into the soft volcanic rock.
• Ihlara Valley: A stunning canyon perfect for a nature walk.
• Selime Monastery: A rock-cut monastery offering breathtaking views.
• Pigeon Valley: Known for its pigeon houses carved into the rocks.

Transfer to the airport

• After the Green Tour, we will take you to Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport for your flight back. The tour ends around 5:00 PM (17:00), so please make sure to book your flight for 7:00 PM (19:00) or later to allow enough time for your transfer.

For Clients with 2 or More Nights in Cappadocia:

• If you are staying 2 or more nights in Cappadocia, you have more flexibility with your tour schedule. We can adjust the tours to match your preferred pace and comfort, making your trip more relaxing and enjoyable.
• Once you complete your booking, one of our team members will contact you to arrange the best dates for your tours. This way, we can organize everything according to your needs.

• Arrive by 8:00 AM on Day 1 for the Red Tour and a smooth start to your tour.
• We suggest booking your Hot Air Balloon Ride for the first available morning to allow for rescheduling if the flight gets canceled.
• This itinerary is based on clients with 1 overnight stay. For those with 2 or more nights, we can adjust the schedule to suit your preferences and allow for a more leisurely pace.

❌ Hotel Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the tour price. Clients have the flexibility to book their own accommodation through any available deals or preferred choices

❌  Balloon Flight Extras: Souvenirs, photos, or additional services purchased during the balloon flight.

❌  Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses like snacks, drinks, tips, or extra activities outside the scheduled tours.

❌  Gratuities: Tipping for the driver, guide, and balloon crew is optional but appreciated.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport by 8:00 AM on the day of your arrival to ensure a smooth transfer and tour participation.
• Hot Air Balloon Timing: Balloon flights depart at 5:00 AM. We strongly recommend booking your balloon flight for the first available morning to allow flexibility in case of cancellations due to weather conditions.

• Tour Flexibility: Clients with 2 or more nights in Cappadocia have the flexibility to adjust the tour dates and times according to their preferences and comfort.
• Passport Details: Passport numbers and dates of birth are required by Civil Aviation for your insurance and the balloon flight. Please provide these details at least 1 day before the flight.
• Cancellation Policy: If weather conditions do not allow, flights and bookings will be postponed to the next morning. Therefore, we suggest for you to book your balloon ride on your first available morning in Cappadocia.In the event that you do not have an additional day to take advantage of a postponed flight, you will receive full refund. 
• Note: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking (new/ rescheduled). 
• Any cancellations before 48 hours will be refunded full amount
• The published rates are subject to variation, and pricing adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or rate increases imposed by the balloon companies. In such instances, an additional surcharge to the final rate may be applied.
