❌  Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses like snacks, drinks, tips, or extra activities outside the scheduled tours.

❌  Gratuities: Tipping for the driver, guide, and balloon crew is optional but appreciated.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport by 8:00 AM on the day of your arrival to ensure a smooth transfer and tour participation.
• Hot Air Balloon Timing: Balloon flights depart at 5:00 AM. We strongly recommend booking your balloon flight for the first available morning to allow flexibility in case of cancellations due to weather conditions.

• Tour Flexibility: Clients with 2 or more nights in Cappadocia have the flexibility to adjust the tour dates and times according to their preferences and comfort.
• Passport Details: Passport numbers and dates of birth are required by Civil Aviation for your insurance and the balloon flight. Please provide these details at least 1 day before the flight.
• Cancellation Policy: If weather conditions do not allow, flights and bookings will be postponed to the next morning. Therefore, we suggest for you to book your balloon ride on your first available morning in Cappadocia.In the event that you do not have an additional day to take advantage of a postponed flight, you will receive full refund. 
• Note: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking (new/ rescheduled). 
• Any cancellations before 48 hours will be refunded full amount
• The published rates are subject to variation, and pricing adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or rate increases imposed by the balloon companies. In such instances, an additional surcharge to the final rate may be applied.
